Ongoing T-Shirt Design Role - Potential for Full-Time Work

I am looking for one or more people to create t-shirt designs for me - a motivated graphic artist who is creative and can work independently for more than 100 t-shirt designs. The perfect candidate would be a creative artist who has lots of unique ideas. I will give you the text and design ideas, then it's up to you to use your creativity to create design mock-ups and finalise the design. Your job is to take the underlying niche/idea and creative your own artwork that is visually appealing and attractive to potential buyers. I will send you ideas of t-shirts designs and your job would be to make them even better and unique. For example, I might send you a link of an already existing t-shirt and I would need you to create an entirely custom design from that idea. I will hire several people for a paid trial. I will leave 5 star reviews for work delivered on time that follows the criteria above so that you will be able to get jobs easier in the future. I have over 100 designs that need to be created at the moment, with many more to come. There is potentially unlimited work available for the right person/people. This is a long-term - potentially full-time - position. I look forward to working with you! The target dimensions for all designs is 13500 × 11462 pixels. Please design your work in the CMYK format. Then before you upload, convert the finished work into the sRGB color profile in JPEG or PNG format. Please attach a sample design created by you, or provide a link to some of your previous work.
