VB.NET / Active Directory basic tasks

In VB.NET - Create a simple Windows Forms application that will perform the following tasks in a very clear and simple way. (No Classes, no modules, plugins) Just using controls that already come with Visual Studio 2010 or 2013. Using a ListView control and/or other simple controls to: Retrieve user account information Perform a search with “conditions”(wildcards, operators examples using common ones, like “<”, “>”, “=”, “-“, “+”, “*”, you get the point) How to create a User account How to delete a user account How to modify a user account (title, description, display, add and remove a security group and/or alias) How to move a user account to a different OU/Container. Do the same for Computer objects Please create this in one Windows form.
