Hi, I am a developer as well, but I do not have time to create a user control. This project is a rough draft, but it should easily be able to explain what all we need to do... hopefully ;). Basically, we need to have an "unlimited" number of rules (panels), and it would be nice to add drag and drop of the panels to move / arrange them. The little arrows obviously move the rules up and down to arrange them, and the big arrows scrolls the rules... and we need to enable mouse scrolling of the panels as well. You will see... it is quite easy ;). Thank you!!!
