I checked all your 4 files .. it `s not so easy as you write : they are 8:30-12:30 playtime long, with LOT of back-noises- not static ones, but dynamic /as cars and sea waves../ = task to remove it `ll need do it "step-by-step" "moment-after-moment" and PLS do NOT expect that your "final dialogues" `ll be NOT affected when all beside `ll be cleaned.. I work with latest in audio available on market software from f.i Izotope, and I KNOW how to use it right.. but "upfront", because of really high levels of things to eliminate - I write you - It can cause influence on right audio after editing... ..it is NOT YET with audio as in ?Photoshop? -select region-Enter-done.. ..I `d like to get such working tool today .. - let`s chat about it all, ?find solution? and start?

A static (like white noise) background noise most of the time can be reduced moderately and adequately (I have experiences with this), but if the noise is very close to the sound level of the speaker, and/or varying, that is quite a challenge and you probably better to choose a full time professional.

I would remove the background noise using a combination of automated removal and manual equalization to make sure the end result does not sound robotic. I will also take care to make sure that loud clicks, pops, and hisses (such as the t, p, and s sounds) and that noise from the sub-bass frequencies are removed entirely (so many audio engineers miss this, because these sounds aren't heard on cheap speakers or headphones, but are quite distracting on good speakers).
