I saw your videos and as a suggestion I would put some music in the background, also I would add some text in the important parts to let the audience the important terms. maybe some cuts to make it more dynamic and I was thinking to fill out the video whit some videos of the subject to don't just look at you and then make the video more attractive.

The first point is the black background is not interesting when talking. If you can shoot in the right place. If you can not put a green curtain behind you and I can put a suitable background for you. The second point is that the Like and Subscribe button should be in a corner of the image, not the whole image, and this is not interesting either. Third point The cover of the images should be short and attractive, long texts do not attract the audience, and suitable tags can be found with the plugin you mentioned.
