For classic design, the cost will be $300-$350 per space depending on the complexity of the design. 2- 3D exterior and landscape design: $750 with up to two renders (front and back). 3- 3D floor plan: the cost will be $350 per apartment for 3D floor plan. 4- 3D walk-through animation: $1500 per minute. 5- 360-degree Panorama: the cost will be $400 per space/room for modern design and $500 for classic design.
