I am looking to build a site, that allows one type of user to post a viewable profile, and another type of user to view these profiles, after confirmation of their approval (manual).
I need a few things to build this site.
I need php coding for a general login/pass system; I would like to be able to add login/pass information manually into a php file or html file, and then have a login box, which allows a user to login.
I need a php script that will submit the contents of a form (which includes an upload photo) via email to an email I can edit in an html file.

I may need CSS slicing of PSD files or AI files, slicing images into separate images in Photoshop and then coding a CSS file with positioning of all images including any forms or text.
I have set the price low because I am willing to take previously created php html files for the scripts and CSS can be done pay per play.
