Patent Attorney
I received a letter from an attorney to close my sells because my product infringes one or more claims of another product.
They say that "You (as me: Robert) offering for sale and actual sale of the Infringing Product constitutes patent infringement under the United States Patent Act. See 35 U.S.C. § 271 et seq."
I have to mention that I made a completely different design but are some specification in the patent that I might infringe.
I studied the patent but the details of the patent are misleading (at least for me) and I need an attorney who is a specialist in this type of things. I ask for an attorney to study my product and the product of that attorney who claims that I infringe their patent.
After it does that I need to tell me if it was a rightful claim, if it has others complaints and what were the results, if I could do something about this issue and what I could do, how can I spoke to the attorney that sent me the letter.
Is the patent just for the US or is it internationally?
If my product infringed one or more claims what should I modify that my product doesn't infringe the claims of that product, anymore?
