Xero Bookkeeper for personal transactions for FY16/17

I would like a book keeper to delete all transactions uploaded to my personal Xero to date and then re-import the past financial year's transactions and ensure it balances. As most of my transactions are routine, I am happy to do the work in setting up rules for all of the transactions to contribute in reconciling, depends on your recommendation.
