Mobile Apps backend node.js developer needed for on-going project

Hello,
We are looking for a backend developer to join our team. This is a 2+ year assignment with 30 hour of work regularly.
Reachout apps for ios and android were released last year. We are in the process of updating to a new version along with adding several new features to it. Our backend is currently housed on AWS. We use nodejs and mySQL as the database.
We are looking for an expert who has great experience working with mobile apps backend and will be responsible for developing APIs, integrating third party APIs, managing backend and supporting our front end developers. We are looking for good experience working with node.js specifically supporting mobile apps. Candidate must have demonstrable experience handling AWS and mySQL environments.
Immediate start for the right candidate.
The project is a free app to help people when they are sick with cancer, diabetes, heart disease etc. Right now, we don't make any money on this app. So the budget is very tight. However, the project is long term, over 1- 2 years. Right now, we would like to be at $10 an hour but as we start revenue (next three months), we are happy to increase rates.
