Solid understanding and experience (minimum of 3 years) with scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
Minimum of 1 year of active involvement with FLOSS communities.
Minimum of 2 years of programming secure software.
Familiar with the fundamental rules of security.
Familiar with modular programming.
Familiar with censorship circumvention technologies. Especially domain fronting.
Able to write API.
Comfortable to work in a team, remotely.
Familiar and comfortable with encrypted communications such as OTR and PGP.
Familiar with PGP and OTR code-base is a plus.

The ideal developer would be maintaining the current service, and work with mentors and current team to design and deploy new features such as:
- Generate anonymized stats and automatic report
- Deploy more providers
- Deploy more distribution channels (i.e XMPP, Twitter, etc)
- Design and deploy RESTful API
- Design and deploy an script to distribute packages via published and unpublished mirrors
Minimum of 3 month full time commitment. Contract can be extended depending on quality of work and need.
