CSS and design for a Joomla site(repost)

Hi, I am looking for a **very good designer** to work on the css and provide very goods icons for my websites **joomla website**. (**a community website**) I am really looking for an? outstanding? job so would interested in very ? good coders who know what they are doing. **Current situation:** I currently have a site on which adsmanager, tpjobs, cb and ea estate agent (all joomla extensions) are installed with a default design. I am using a default template, which i have customized for my need as far as the different pages layouts (So, no work needed to this extent).? **Description of task:** What is needed is a designer that will play with the css of my current template and make it **more appealing, professional, simple and light (A bit like facebook light)**. And match the design with the colors of my logo. I also used a lot of default pictures as icons for links or menu items, i will need the designer the replace them with more attractive ones that will also match the current design. I am really looking for a very light and professional design for my community website. Icons pictures will be a big thing for this site. Thanks
