Poster fixes

Hi Time is of essents I need a poster change or possible redesign ? you will have 6 hour from time I accept your bid to fix this poster. I only have jpg so you might need to redod the entire poster? PLEASE DONT BID IF YOU CANT GET THIS DONE IN 6 hours ## Deliverables The white block in the corner must stay I will upload another jpg of what I need changed. Please follw the changes need once this is done I will resubmit this to council if they approve you get paid if they dont approve you need to fix what ever they ask us to fix.
