Configuration Requirements for IAxions VoIP Service
Objective: Configure an existing Voice over IP (VoIP) service for Canadian and international communication.
Phone Number Configuration
Provision two Canadian phone numbers: one for Idriss Zerghouni and one for Rhita Ouliz.
Provision a dedicated company number for IAxions.
Messaging Capabilities
Ensure both numbers can send and receive SMS messages within Canada.
Ensure both numbers can send and receive SMS messages internationally.
Call Configuration
Ensure the numbers can make and receive calls within Canada.
Ensure the numbers can make and receive calls internationally.
Autoresponder Setup
Set up an autoresponder for the company number in both French and English.(Message to be provided)
Configure the autoresponder such that when a caller dials a specific post (or extension) number, the call is forwarded accordingly.
If there's no response, the call should be directed to voicemail.
Voicemail Configuration
Set up a voicemail system for missed calls.
Ensure voicemails are saved and can be accessed easily.
User and Extension Management
Provide the ability to add or remove a post/extension or user as required.
Ensure adding or removing a user can be done without any technical knowledge.
Billing and fees
Provide the initial setup cost.
Provide the detail of cost per user/month.
Technical considerations:
Ensure the VoIP provider offers mobile apps to allow employees to make and receive calls or messages from their mobile devices.
Ensure that the VoIP service can deliver clear voice quality, even during peak usage times.
