Scrape student data from college directories

Please find below the list of universities for which we would like to scrape complete student data[Name(first and last name), email ID, phone number(if available) and department] for: University of London Imperial College London Manchester Metropolitan University University of Manchester University of Cambridge University of Oxford University of Edinburgh University of Birmingham University of Leeds University of Glasgow University of Liverpool Lancaster University You would have to locate their university directories from which you would be scraping the data, for example for UCL the directory is [login to view URL] We have worked with freelancers before on cost per university basis [$10-$20] We have much more universities to scrape data from so we are looking for a long term partnership. Please mention cost per university in your proposals.
