99005 Photos to Canvas

I am looking for a website with the same functionality as [login to view URL] although the design and layout will be different. The product we are offering is the same so the basic concept will be exactly the same as www.canvasrus.com. The only thing i do not want to offer is the special effect's. Please give details of how you would go about achieving this as although I know a bit about the technology behind it I can then compare different bids easier.
