Saleslion Interface Design

Our ecommerce website saleslion needs a interface redesign. We want an interface to be very graphical and not much data and text. The interface should not look to complicated and like analytics software. We like the Iphone/Ipod idea with the pictograms. So we can use these pictograms on the left hand side for the navigation. The main "gauges" will be "live" meaning all the data displayed there will be real and update realtime. When you click on a Gauge the user will go into a detail page where we find different information, displayes in grid views or different types of charts. See the interface concept attached in the ppt. The designer is free to design the interface anyway he wants.
