367003 Banners for Freelancer Site

Would rather post this here than at my own site or run a contest -- hopefully can find a great banner designer to get this done tonight! I need a very fast media package for a freelance auction website, very much like this one. The site network, Superlancers, is currently set up for Europe, the US, and the UK and I need banners for all three. I need (for each site): 1 - 468x60 2 - Leaderboard 3 - Skyscraper 4 - Wide Skyscraper 5 - 2 "Button" size ads (animated) Item #5 needs to be animated, but the other three can be animated only if you have time/want. Would like the same look for all..best way to do this is to make one for the Wordwide (Intl) site, and then tweak the other two for the US and UK sites. I also HAVE a logo for this site, as well as an iconic representation .. you may take this and "crisp it out" if you need to. I'm not embarrassed to ask for fast and cheap - it's why I'm here because my site's too expensive! The fastest, best and cheapest is what it's all about and that who I'll pick. If you fit all of this and I don't wake up from this dream, then we can work together on a new design for said site.
