Design A Location Map For Website

This is a very small simple job On this page of my website [login to view URL] I would like to explain to my customers where our London Branch is located. Our clients visit us by train from either Paddington St or Edgware underground st. I would like a map showing with a red line a walking distance from London Paddington St to our shop at 31 Southwick St. I would also like on the same map another red line or perhaps a different colour from Edgware underground st to our shop. I would like this finished file in jpg less than 100kb in size so that I can upload it to my website. The map could be in 3D or just a normal map. I have a picture of our shop (attached) and this needs to be shown by an arrow from the map. This image of the shop will look good if it is above the map with an arrow showing our location. I would also like some landmark signs to make it easier for our visitor to find us. For example I explain from the website page I pasted above we are near St Mary's hospital. It would be good if you could show on the map St Mary's hospital. You can find our shop location by going to google maps and typing in our postcode W2 1JQ. I would also like to show visitors that Edgware Underground st is near our shop and to show people how to get from there to our shop. Any other suggestions that would make my location map stand out please let me know. Please remember I want this finished image in png or jpg file so that I can upload it to my website. Happy bidding
