We are a service company and our custom built software is almost complete. This software will have several automated e-mail processes for new and potential customers, notably a quote/estimate e-mail and a confirmation e-mail. We already have two decent designs in place but would really like to hire an experienced designer to revamp them.
NOTE: We are not looking for a newsletter design. These e-mails are service-based and specifically for new and existing customers to provide relevant information to their service requests or reservations.
Our primary objectives are:
1) To create a clean template for both e-mails that is "e-mail friendly". In other words, we are looking for someone who understands how to code and design HTML and CSS in e-mails to prevent having it stripped and/or blocked by spam.
2) To have a functional design that will display all of the information we need displayed without overwhelming the customer. The designer will need to create a functional layout that provides the core information along with contact information, social media links, 'call-to-action' promotions (e.g. "Reserve Now and Save $10!), resource links and possible FAQs.
3) Use CSS, colors and gradients to accomplish the above through functional design. We're looking for a clean "web 2.0" type design that features rich colors and light backgrounds.
