409643 Magazine Designer

I am creating a health magazine and need a designer for the magazine. The magazine will range from 40-50 pages. The designer will be provided the articles, ads (full page, 1/2 page, 1/3 page, and basic design on paper, or examples. I need the magazine created in either Quarkexpress or Indesign. The magzine will be distributed over the net in pdf. Designer needs to know how to design and move text and make space on pages for ads. I will need a quick turnaround, 3 days. If the right price and quality work, this can be a long term monthly job!! Editor must be quick to respond to emails, IMs, Skype.
