One simple page and a banner to be designed

I need a simple Facebook Fan Landing page. All logos and colours will be provided and this needs to be converted to simple HTML page. I also need a banner jpg, Gif or animated Gif, 468 x 60 pixels (40KB) This is simple project and I expect this work to be completed in 2 to 3 days maximum. If the project lingers for more than 3 days I would cancel the project. I will reply to queries in 3 to 4 hrs. Thank you.
