Quality Designer (2+ documented years of exp)

Hello guys, READ EVERYTHING (LONG TIME EMPLOYMENT AND NOT PROJECT BASED) -- I work as CEO at a respectable Swedish mobile marketing company. We have been in the business of IT & Mobile for almost 3 years with offices in the very centre of Stockholm. We work with leading (mostly Swedish) brands as well as with smaller companies depending on the project itself. We are now looking for our next designer to employ. Our next STAR QUALITY designer. In your everyday life you will be solving: =============================== -> Mobile (Smartphone app) design (Everything from A to Z, designwise - not coding apps we have others for that) - Icons - Logos - Avatars - Animations - Concept development -> Webdesign - Mockups (on short time) - PSD->HTML - Css - Basic php & javascript knowledge is a plus -> Mysql/Ftp/server terminology Basically manage to create more simple websites from scratch and if I am right you can do this without much guidance. You MUST posses following qualities: ============================== -> Good ENGLISH (If it isn't perfect it's alright but it must be very understandable) -> Good computer (preferably an iMac so that I don't have to buy you a computer as you start) -> Have good patience & nerves of steel. -> Work alone PAYMENT: ========= 1) You will start working a few days up to a week for absolutely nothing. This will be your "schooling" period, you will watch and work closely with one of our senior designers. 2) You will then negotiate your salary but it will not be a dream salary right away. You need to prove that you have value to bring to the company. If you shoot too high I will just block you and shut you down, a serious person knows that they don't start a new job in a new country with a rocket salary you need to build your reputation and you will be rewarded. Shortly, you need to negotiate your salary from what qualities you can bring to the table. --- This job is not a normal 8am-5pm job, this job is far from normal. because you work from from your own comfortable home, your own comfortable chair and you lunch with your (hopefully) loving family. I will read everyones msgs carefully and select the ones I want to talk with, if proven decent you will be schooled by one of our senior designers. Sometimes, but hopefully not always we will require additional working hours that can be uncomfortable times like in evenings or weekends.
