Simple Graphics and CSS Project

I am in need of somone with a graphics mind to soften up the color palette of www.ira123.com. The winning bidder will be provided with all graphic files so you can easily soften up the graphics. All you need to do is soften up the color scheme a little bit. I am in need of someone creative that can come up with some good possible color pallets. I am not willing to bid more than $50 for this project. I am looking for someone that can complete the work within 3 days. It should be a very simple project. The colors need to be muted, and any color scheme will do. Just don't use main primary colors. Please confirm that you can do this in 3 days, and let me know if you have any questions. On top of changing the graphics some changes may need to be made to the CSS for the new color scheme to work. All files will be uploaded to the server by me, so just bid on doing this simple project.
