Webdesigner looking

Hi, we are looking an extra ordinary web site designer who can give Extra Ordinary look of my site including Site Inner pages.. Some Info of the project.. 1:- You need to design 2 mockup 1 for site & 1 for forum. 2:- Well you have to give unique look of my sites including inner pages... 3:- You have to design untill we are satisfied.. 4:-After approval all design will be converted in DIV Based with multi browser supported. 5:- You have to design Banner and Logo also. If you are Bidder then we have some rules for you please coprate us.. 1:- If you having less feedback(Below 15 to 20 ) then Milestone or advance will be paid after 75% work complete.. 2:- If you have less then 15 feedback then Milestone or Escrow payment will be made after full work complete. 3:- While working we need updates daily and want to see you online allways. 4:-Design should be unique ..every thing will be unique ..Means your design should not matched with allready available design or some one else. Thanks Note:- We having so many project based on design so we are looking long term relations with some great designr or freelancers.
