we need to customize checkout page. if user add any product in his cart and if product price is less than 400 INR then it should automatically add 30 INR as shipping charges. if total product price in cart is more than 400 then shipping price will be 0. in cart page we do not need to show shipping method block. this 400 and 30 INR will be variable which i should be able to change from admin.. note : this project must be finished today . otherwise do not bid.
