I have a vast experience developing using .Net (C#), web services, MSSQL and would like to propose to develop this as a 3-tier application: 1.) Database (back-end): has logic (stored procedures) to interact with the data; randomize questions, manage accounts, etc. 2.) Web service (API): to access the database - has all methods to interact with the system 3.) Web site (front-end): ASP.Net MVC4 (C#) site, with a popular UI (either JQuery or the one LinkedIn uses) eg "web 2.0" looking - clean and responsive. There will be minimal "web design" done; the site will be clean and good-looking but without any extra elements such as custom grapics - no PSD "slicing" - this can be done at any time later if you should need it but I'm not the righ person for that ;-) (I can refer someone if interested though) I'd like to propose a skype discussion to clarify on the details. Hello sir, I have 3+ years of website and database development experience at enterprise level. Recently i am working on same kind of project for one of my client. To create test web application in sql server we need to create the work in following section: 1. Registering Teachers and Students. 2. Adding test bank questions to sql server - by Teachers. 3. Preparing test to students, students appear for test and then showing results by summarized grade and saving this grade/result to db. 4. Teacher will close the account based on duration for course once batch is over or else automatically it will be closed once batch is over, as per your system requirement. And many more things for this test web application. For to develop this web app we need just a design as requisite (Design is expected from you side) and i will work on web site functionality in ASP.NET MVC and SQL Server.
