$25 USD Google Adsense site

I am looking for a professional & reliable Google Adsense specialist to create an Adsense website that will generate a minimum of $25+ USD daily. The site must continuously achieve an average of at least $25 USD every month for a minimum of 3 months, ensured by the payment terms. CONTENT Content must be original and unique and attracting to users,content must not be copied, copyrighted, illegal, spun and no auto blogging. Must contain related images to niche topic The site design must be neat, look clean and professional and optimised to attract people to click on the ads Must create the logo, banner and all required images MONETISING Google Adsense will be used to monetise the website. The site will be linked to my adsense account and must adhere 100% to the adsense guidelines and terms of service. SEO/TRAFFIC Only natural, unique and organic real visitors. All traffic MUST be organic - NO blackhat methods, PPC, PPV, autosurf sites, no bots or fake referrers. Unique organic traffic only please. Site must be SEO optimized with popular and often used keywords. Backlinks must be 100% legitimate and whitehat, spamming is not allowed. Before bidding, please ensure that you can meet the following requirements. - The site MUST ADHERE TO GOOGLE ADSENSE TERMS OF SERVICE - Provide overview plan before starting the project - Must be original and SEO optimized with frequently used keywords - Must consistently generate an average of at least $25 or more per day - Must be a standalone website - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing - Must disclose how you generated the traffic to the site - Show me your portfolio of websites that generate income PROCESS OF ACCEPTING YOU FOR THE JOB Once you make a bid, I will go through your portfolio and feedback of similar work. I will only approve those with good feedback. I am also willing to let you explain on why the previous job is not complete or not done properly. PAYMENT STRUCTURES These payment terms are non-negotiable. IMPORTANT - To prove that you have read these terms, any bids without a 25% initial milestone will be ignored 25% - After the site is ready and the required earnings have been proven for a minimum of 7 days into my adsense account 25% - 30 days after the initial milestone, with the required average earnings being met, and having received the first payment from google. 25% - 30 days after the second milestone, with the required average earnings being met, and the domain name being transferred to my control. 25% - 30 days after the third milestone, with the required average earnings being met, and the hosting transferred to my servers.
