CMS website

I need a large website designed using Joomla. This site is for a hunting community and needs to have the following. 1) Interactive front end (see [login to view URL]) 2) Community forum and sub forums 3) member pages 4) group pages 5) User profile 6) Upload photos and video 7) Advertising (administrator chosen, adsense, google ads, etc) 8) Articles section 9) Ability to have flash elements 10) Content Management System (Joomla) I have worked w/ freelancers on on [login to view URL] in the past and understand that these projects are bid on w/out really reading the post. If you are not qualified and cannot show proven results please do not bid on this project. It will be difficult and time consuming so if you don't have the time DON'T BID. If you think you can bid on this project really low and then ask for more money later....DON'T BID. I have very little tolerance for developers that don't understand that you will have to work on this site until it is complete. I will report any developer that tries to get more money after the project has been accepted. If the developer does a good job and is easy to work with there "could" be a bonus. This project will take several weeks if not a couple of months to complete. Please don't bid if you don't have the time. All communication will be via Gtalk and Gmail. You will have to make changes as the project goes along. We will provide the content and specific graphics. I am in the Western United States please keep that in mind when you bid on this project.
