Webpage for business about 10 pages in wordpress with logo

I want a new website, and would like it created in wordpress so I can make any changes and add pages. Don't need a shopping cart. It is a local area website with information for my customers. I am a brick and mortar business but want a professional web presence. I have a logo but would like it improved You can use information on my current website to create the new look, it was created with coffee cup. I am happy to pay extra for you to buy a professional wordpress template and not use a free template or maybe you are clever and can create your own template to suit me. I want a simple, professional look, not the current crowded look my page has at the moment. I like blue, light grey, and white but will be flexible if the finished product appeals to me.
