website design - repost

I need a website that combines [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] into one website, and i want to then connect this website to our app that is currently being developed (almost complete) I also need to create a mobile application for android tablet which can process point redemption and point accumulation in locations around the city. I will also need you to develop a magento extension and php extension for checkouts on 2 of my websites to award points for purchases made on these sites.
