New Oscommerce Site

I am looking for someone to complete a new, fresh installation of oscommerce and add the following: 1. Google Base Feeder (the new version with MBPN info). 2. Header Tags SEO 3. Ultimate SEO URL by FWR Media 4. Google Site Map for the above 5. SEO images 6. Checkout with no Account 7. One Page Checkout 8. Easy Populate with Product Attributes 9. Coupon Code 10. OSC Thumbnails 11. Social Bookmark 12. Center Shop 13. Horizontal Category Dropdown I would also like to have PayPal activated as a payment option. I have built two oscommerce sites in the past, but time is a limiting factor for me. As this is a new installation, it should be relatively simple for an experienced person and I should be able to answer any and all questions. Thank you!
