Ive got a website thats fairly new but I am looking to change the menus, layout, design to give it a little more of a web 2.0 look (rounded menu corners, tabs, etc). I will provide qualified bidders a link to my site, a link to other sites that I like and a list of things we want to see in the new design. You just have to combine the ideas and information I present to you into a site mock-up that you think we will like. I will select freelancers for this project to create mock-ups and the creator of the winning mock-up that we like the best must be prepared to turn the winning mock-up into a complete PSD. If the winner is also able convert the PSD to HTML then we will create a private project for the winner. PLEASE BID YOUR TIME/PRICE FOR CREATING A PSD BUT DO NOT CREATE A PSD UNLESS WE SELECT YOUR MOCK-UP AS NO MONEY WILL BE PAID IN ADVANCED! We have great feedback with GAF and other Freelance sites so please do not waste our time with a bid if you will not create the mock-up in advance of payment.
