Simple template changes

I bought a template from template monster but since I don't have Dreamweaver and Photoshop on this computer I need you to
- exchange the picture of the template woman with a picture I will give you
- change the template texts (copy/paste texts I will provide you) and maybe reduce menu items to 4 or 5 instead of 6
- minor changes like removing the logo in the upper left corner as well as the search bar in the upper right corner and maybe a few more
The template number if you want to have a look at it is #24872. I will provide you with both html and psd files. The only thing you will need the psd template for will be to exchange the picture of the woman. The whole template is converted into html already, so you don't need to slice it, just exchange the template texts with the text I will give you. Shouldn't be more than 1-2 hours of work.
