E-commerce website for digital products - with Drupal Commerce

Seeking an expert CMS eCommerce developer or development team to build a fully functional and lightweight digital content e-shopping website. We need a complete website and e-commerce solution including front end development, back end functionality, with a clean and beautiful template. There will be two type of users, "providers" who can create digital products, and can receive payment, and "customers" who purchase these products. A part of their money will be transferred to website/company account, and then it is reversed to the provider of the product after a fixed delay and a fixed commission i can change. So payment settings and gateway should be clear to setup, and should include at least, Google Checkout/Paypal/VISA debit and credit transactions. Basically, the website should work on different types of browsers like Microsoft IE, Safari, Google Chrome, Firefox, and on devices like iPad, iPhone, Android tablets and Phones. We can discuss some existing templates if needed. Please provide one or more examples of e-commerce websites you have developed. The website should be available in two languages, English (during design) and French (we will translate it to french). The website is preferably fast responding and easy to scale up, and adaptable to custom/non-standard products. This is why CMS like Drupal Commerce will be very convenient.
