I have an idea for a free banner exchange system where sites can freely joing the service and exchange banners for free with other websites. Each site tha joins the service gets to place banners from our system on their website and exchange banners with other websites that have related content which they think will draw customers to their store. The way that profit would be generated for this is by giving each site the option of paying for more advertising (above the beginning number of banner impressions that come free with the service.
