Google PR Ranking Increase Needed

Hello, I have a hard time to make the following website get some Google PR ranking. You know the one with the Google bar? Please DO NOT propose any services with Article writing or Directory submissions since I did them ALL in the last 3-4 months... o p t i n c e n t e r . c o m I am looking for someone who have a really working technique to have some links back to this site and have the Google PR increased. All proposals regarding Article and Directory submissions will be ignored. When you bid, please explain your method since I want to check if I already did it.
