Expert in Dialysis Needed

I am opening a Dialysis Center in the Caribbean, I need an expert, a technician who knows from a to z about dialysis, someone who can travel to other country who can train my employees over there for at least 3 months and go back when it's necessary . 1st step, you will help buy all necessary equipment. 2nd, you will install the equipment in the center with the local employees who will work under your supervision. 3rd, you will train the local operators and assist for 3 months.
