I need a developer to help implement a website feature

I am creating a custom artwork apparel business. Customers share 9 album covers they want abstracted, and I will turn them into a unique art piece that is featured on tee shirts, hoodies, posters, or a digital copy. I have a website constructed but am missing a key feature I need built: I would like customers to fill out a custom text box where they share the album names, artist names, any additional notes on the Website's HOME page. (alternatively we could use an API for customers to look up and select their albums , this may be a better solution but I haven't looked into this yet). That information must be then passed as a variable into EVERY product available - sweatshirt, tee shirt, poster, digital copy. It should be passed as static text to each product, so that when the item is added to CART it lists the albums it will feature. I have not had success passing variables from the home page into product pages. I have attached screenshots of the website and what is missing.
