Hi, cPanel/WHM type of accounts can handle DNS if you will use it as a DNS server. But if not, i'm suggest to host the dns to your webhosting provider instead. Furthermore, it is very easy to setup a website and navigate through WHM configuration to setup a cpanel account. Just look for Create new account in WHM and set up its configuration. SSL is a bit tricky, an SSL may always require you to have a dedicated IPaddress for each domain you want to have SSL with. This can be setup through Cpanel or WHM settings.
