Affiliate system in WHMCS - Creating a module

I want to create a multilevel affiliate script for WHMCS ( as a MODULE) basically when a purchase is done, commissions are paid out to affiliate and his main affiliate ( who signed him up) admin can decide how much commission he wants to pay, and for how long ( in duration) and for which products/services and to how many levels. some points to be coded are - affiliates can have offline coupons ( script is already coded for it) affiliates get paid out recurring revenue - a minimum amount per account if they want to go to % basis, they have to have same high priced hosting account themselves. anything else that we may come up with discussions Type - "I understand" so i know that you have read it , all others will be ignored.
