scrolling screenshot within given params

Imagine there is a text file on the screen with different number of columns. Timestamp is one of them. It's format is HH:MM:SS:SSS (milli seconds too) Task requirements: 1) Need a GUI to enter "From" and "To" values. This will be the timestamps.    We will enter the time in the format HH:MM:SS 2) As soon as we give this time, it should check for this timestamps as below on the windows screen log file (we will give the path).    It should take the screenshot of the respective content between the time slots we give.    If I give "From" - 8:51:23, it should take HH:MM:(SS-1) which is 8:51:22    Similarly, "To"  - 9:06:44, it should take HH:MM:(SS+1) which is 9:06:45     Consider the values: From : 8:51:23                 To   : 9:06:44     It should start scrolling from 8:51:22(on text file) to 9:06:45 and take a scrolling screenshot.     I am only interested in the columns between this time interval.
