wordpress page help now

I require hands on help asap (screen share and skype now) to update our wordpress page ([login to view URL]) (this email is same as job decription) among small adjustments, I'd like to: -add the WMPL translation drop down menu in a certain style at the top of the page. -add content below the page you see right now with some animation (see [login to view URL]) -Change Location of menu next to the Hoteligent Logo -have the Page header follow the user down when scrolling down the page like here ([login to view URL]) I need you to do this asap (the next few hours) skype screen share would be appreciated so I can see how you do it.
