Wordpress Adult - Quick Edit - Easy Job

I have a Wordpress page that I need edited. If you take a look at this adult page: [login to view URL] You will see that in firefox, the space between the top 2 pictures is bigger than the rest. If you look at the same page in IE it is worse because the text runs between the pictures which I definitely don't want. I need the pictures to be evenly spaced down the left hand side. The text to the right of the pictures, and the video directly below the text. I need it to look the same in all browsers. I am sure this is a 5 minute job for the right person so minimum bids only please. Thanks.
