General work on Wordpress site

I am in the process of starting up a new website and need someone with knowledge of Wordpress to complete some jobs. I know that the jobs are simple but I do not have much time to complete them, therefore I will be looking for low bids. The first part of the job will be to add some items to the homepage of the site and I believe that there is shortcode somewhere to allow you to do this quickly. All applicants should be aware that I will have more work in the future, so low bids will be given preference. Also, I do not care where you come from, as long as you are honest and prepared to deliver excellent work. Thanks.
