From the requirements workbook: 2003 version is unsustainable/untenable. Adding and changing some functionality. Also: An Access back-end over a network is unreliable and slow (so is the front-end). Solution: We use a new Access 2016 front-end and a SQL Server back-end (as per the above). Outcome: This will solve all your issues, be quick, meet all your current and future requirements, compliment your workflows, and be modern and MUCH more user friendly.
