Help with editing and maintenance of blog

Would like to hire someone to assist me with the jobs below now, there are more details in the word document
• Install a newsletter subscription
• Edit the very bottom text of the site
• Display full blog post on home page, it is currently only depicting a summary and no image
Later on if the current job is done well, would like to rehire for maintenance in the future including
- Adding more pages, videos, slider images etc..
- Adding advertisements, affiliate marketing opportunities, ebook products
- General maintenance and fixing any small issues that arise
