This is an easy report to complete but I have no time for it. Note: You can go to the ONET website and research for the occupation I choose which was commercial pilot and obtain the KSAOs from it. Research the KSAOs that should be the focus of selection of employees for your chosen occupation (the occupation I choose was commercial pilot). Identify the top KSAOs and list these. There should be at least five KSAOs listed based on the importance of these KSAOs to performing the work in the chosen occupation. In a short essay you will 1. describe the selection technique that would be the best to use in assessing each KSAO. if you think one selection technique would be the best approach for more than one KSAO you may list it, but you should identify at least three different techniques in your answer. For example if you picked the interview as the best for all KSAOs, you should also identify two other techniques in addition to the interview. 2. Describe each selection technique, why you think it would good for evaluating this KSAO, and the strengths and weaknesses of the technique.
