Looking for someone to help speed up a development website. We have varnish installed on the server but not seeing a great deal of improvement. We are building a website in development but want to make sure it will be fast before live. So looking for someone who understands and can implement, varnish / turpentine as well as minify - currently when we merge css and js the site looses formatting. It's a responsive 1.9 website.
