Simple plist editor in Adobe Air

We need a simple plist editor, using Adobe Air . The application script should work as follows: - At startup, either open a local plist file, or create it - Create a table with 4 columns: FileName, Title, Subtitle, IssueDate, Description - Parse the [login to view URL] file to fill the table; if the plist opened locally not contain these keys, show an error message - Add a "delete" button for each line; when this button is clicked, show a confirmation alert; if confirmed, save a new version of [login to view URL] without this line, and update display - Add an edit button for each line; when this button is clicked, all columns of line become text fields where new text can be entered and edit button becomes "save"; when save button is clicked, save a new version of [login to view URL] with updates, and update display - Add an "add" button; when clicked, a new line is displayed with empty textboxes, and a save button is added; when save button is clicked, save a new version of [login to view URL] with updates, and update display. Special attention should be paid to the "IssueDate" column, which contains a date: - the date should be stored as a date in the plist, not as text - the date should be displayed in DD/MM/YYYY format - a date picker should be displayed when the user enters the "IssueDate" text field An example of plist is attached. This is an urgent project: we would like to choose the bidder tomorrow Tuesday at the latest, and to get the app by the end the week. If it helps, the app can be using a web view and a jquery script that we have developed. Please specify in your bid if this is the way you want to go, or you prefer to make the app form scratch. The deliverable is the compiled app and the Flex source code.
